Dr. Kevin Slater

CEO

Dr. Kevin has founded and exited two biotech companies, LumiTech Ltd and PetScreen Ltd. LumiTech was sold to the Cambrex Corp, USA in 2000.

Dr. Kevin is the author of six international patents for novel testing methods which now belong to Lonza and generate in the region of $17 million per annum. PetScreen was a company identifying novel biomarkers associated with acute and chronic veterinary disease, which also provided resultant novel testing services based on these biomarkers to vets in practice. Dr. Kevin is a pioneer of combining multiple biomarker tests using machine learning algorithms for the veterinary sector. PetScreen was successfully sold to Avacta Animal Health in 2013.  

Dr. Kevin continued as the Chief Scientific Officer for Avacta until October 2017.

Renu Tuli

General Manager

As General Manager, Renu brings a diverse background, including banking and finance, to her role. With 14 years in veterinary and life science sectors, she excels in communication and sales with corporate and private veterinary practices.

Her career spans diagnostics at PetScreen and Avacta Animal Health, pet nutrition with companies like Hills Pet Nutrition, and proficient customer relationship management. She actively contributes to veterinary trade shows, conducts technical seminars, and showcases financial prowess.

Arjun Phakey

Managing Director

Meet Arjun, our accomplished Managing Director, who brings a wealth of expertise in business development and territory expansion. Based in our Dubai office, Arjun is well-positioned to lead our international market expansion and strategic development efforts.

Arjun boasts an impressive track record, having successfully nurtured growth and expanded operations across diverse regions, including the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia. His extensive experience and strategic acumen make him exceptionally qualified to guide our global expansion initiatives to resounding success.

Prof. Mark Dunning

Veterinary

Meet Prof. Mark, a renowned figure in Veterinary Medicine, holding MA VetMB PhD CertSAM DipECVIM-CA MRCVS credentials. As an RCVS and European Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine, he currently serves as a Professor at the University of Nottingham’s School of Veterinary Medicine and Science.

Prof. Mark boasts extensive experience in overseeing clinical trials for innovative products and has advised veterinary diagnostic companies. He’s a key member of the specialist medicine team at Willows Referrals Centre, a Linnaeus Group practice owned by Mars Inc. Prof. Mark is a respected leader in Small Animal Internal Medicine.

Dr. Kishor Modha

COO

As our COO, Dr. Kishor brings extensive experience and innovation. Formerly the founder and CEO of AniPOC Limited, he excels in near-patient tests, focusing on animal anaemia and diabetes.

Dr. Kishor is adept in platform technologies, with expertise in microfluidics and lateral flow systems. He’s a seasoned project manager and product developer, known for launching AniPOC’s Ani Hb/Hct POC system successfully in the UK in April 2017.

Moreover, Dr. Kishor co-developed a rapid campylobacter detection prototype, licensed to Onsite Diagnostics Limited in 2016. His visionary leadership and product development prowess drive our operations to new heights.
